• Opened or unsealed packages • Products with broken seals • Coffee after delivery confirmation (except exceptions below)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and clear photos if: • The package arrived damaged • The product is defective or spoiled upon arrival • You received the wrong item
For approved cases, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock), refund, or store credit after inspection. Return shipping is at your expense unless the issue resulted from our error or carrier damage.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
This policy respects EU exceptions for perishable foodstuffs (no 14-day cooling-off period applies).

Specialty coffee is a perishable food product, sealed for hygiene and freshness. To protect food safety and product integrity, Luxcivitas LLC (operating the Nocturna Drip brand) does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or any subjective reason.
The limited exceptions in section 4 below apply for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, and your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under mandatory law in your country of residence:
• EU / EEA / UK consumers: under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national laws, the 14-day cooling-off / withdrawal right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery, and does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — both exceptions apply to roasted coffee. Where the right does apply (e.g., goods returned still sealed within 14 days), you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods, at your cost, within a further 14 days, in saleable condition. • California (CCPA / Magnuson-Moss / Song-Beverly): this policy is a "limited warranty" / final-sale disclosure for perishable foodstuffs; California consumers retain their statutory rights for defective products. • Canada (provincial consumer-protection acts): rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are preserved. • United States, generally: rights under the Uniform Commercial Code regarding defective or non-conforming goods are preserved.
If carrier tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days after dispatch, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Lost-package claims must be filed within 30 days of dispatch. We will reship or refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
Active subscription shipments follow this policy on a per-shipment basis. To prevent the next shipment, pause or cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next dispatch date in your account dashboard.
If you received a Nocturna Drip product as a gift and it falls within an exception in section 4, the original purchaser should contact us; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We may decline future orders or refuse exception claims where we identify a pattern of abuse (repeated unsubstantiated claims, retained refunded merchandise, etc.).
